The private balcony has a hightop patio and bistro set waiting. Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise and enjoy a yoga session or sip coffee as you enjoy the beautiful views of the sparkling water.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of being able to wash and dry their clothes without having to leave the condo with the stackable washer & dryer. If bulk laundry is needed, it's important to note that Sand Dunes offers a very large coin-operated laundromat in the oceanfront building.
All bath towels, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as dish liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner for each reservation.
Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. As our guest, you are unable to access these areas; however, with the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.

The French press or flex brew coffee maker allows you to make coffee with your favorite coffee grounds or k-cup. All dishes, plates, silverware, pots, pans, and cookware are provided!
